Training

The Learning and Development department of Choice Support and our sister organisation Choice Training provide high quality, bespoke qualifications both within the organisation and outside. Through detailed and tailored packages of classroom based teaching and e-learning we deliver training to meet CQC standards and the needs of individuals, services and organisations. 

We develop individual and organisational training strategies incorporating a number of short courses in addition to our NVQ and Apprenticeship scheme. These training programmes provide people with the opportunity for personal and career development in addition to aiding organisations in increasing their skills base.

We work in partnership with a number of other social care organisations and training providers in addition to local authorities and the Department of Health. We have also secured funding for qualifications from the Skills for Care Training Strategy Implementation Fund (TSIF) and the European Social Fund (ESF).
